Infant Myofascial Release & CST

Craniosacral Therapy and Myofascial Release are both very gentle and supportive and can be taught to anyone. For babies with helping babies with plagiocephaly, torticollis, acid reflux, inability to form a good latch wile breastfeeding, tongue, lip and buccal tie restrictions and a myriad of other pathologies, or who are cranky & upset and need some space in their bodies!

Mothering The Maiden Coaching

Mothering your inner Maidens is essential work to unlocking the potential of your Living Pelvis. There are often psycho-spiritual and emotional currents underlying our pelvic symptoms. These sessions will support self-love and re-parenting of the wounded ones inside, and open the root to healing.

Vedic Thai Bodywork

Vedic Thai Bodywork is a very old massage style originating in Thailand, where the receiver remains clothed (wear comfy stretchy attire). It’s practiced on a thai mat on the floor. It’s like having yoga done to you, working joints and muscles with compression, percussion and stretching.

Pelvic Myofascial Release

Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. Anterior/posterior pelvic rotation, upslip/downslip of the hip, posture and gait assessment.

Movement & Posture Asessment

Often when the outer pelvis musculature is weak, turned off, or in dysfunctional mobility and posture patterns, the internal pelvic tissues over-tighten to compensate. Therefor strength training with exercises specific for supporting female pelvic health can help with a range of symptoms.
