Wombspace: 3rd Trimester Bodywork

Wombspace is a session involving myofascial release and fascial bodywork specifically for pregnant women in the third trimester. This is a ripe time to create beautiful space for the baby and uterus to grow, and give baby & mama the most opportune positioning before childbirth.

Mayan Abdominal Massage Ritual

A uniquely therapeutic experience, Mayan Abdominal Massage is a thousands of years old living tradition to open the tissues and align the organs of the abdominal and pelvic cavities. Amazing for circulation, lymph drainage, detox, digestion, fertility, reproductive health & energy. This is a ritual, please bring heartfelt intentions and a talisman if you like. Infant Myofascial Release & CST

Craniosacral Therapy and Myofascial Release are both very gentle and supportive and can be taught to anyone. For babies with helping babies with plagiocephaly, torticollis, acid reflux, inability to form a good latch wile breastfeeding, tongue, lip and buccal tie restrictions and a myriad of other pathologies, or who are cranky & upset and need some space in their bodies!
